For our online survey programming teams, we require people with the following skill sets.

	About the role:
	Cross-Tab has recently set up a new product development practice at Mumbai and is looking for a Product Manager to help us take some of those ideas to market. The products we plan to develop are those that would fulfill unmet or insufficiently met needs in the market. They could be methodology or technology/ platform based products. The product manager's role would be to create strong value propositions around those ideas and take them to market.
	Requirement:
	A strong foundation in Market Research along with ability to think out of the box and a strong orientation towards execution would be the qualities we are looking for.
	MBA from Reputed B. Schools. Graduate with relevant proven track record can also apply.
	5 -7 years experience in a top Market Research agency as a quantitative researcher. Experience across types of studies like brand tracking, ad testing, customer satisfaction is desirable.

	Key Responsibilities:
	The Survey Programmer will work on designing online surveys for our international French client.
	He /She will take ownership of the assigned project under the guidance of managers and will be responsible for the complete project delivery including periodic interaction with the client over telephone / email. The job would involve structuring, scripting, quality checking, managing and delivering data / reports.
	Requirement:
	Graduate / PG with excellent written and verbal French communication skills. Should have completed at least level III course from Alliance Francaise.
	Very good at logic & programming concepts
	6 to 12 months’ of experience in programming. However, fresher with flair for programming can also be considered, if fulfills the above mentioned condition one.
	Attention to detail; quality conscious

	Key Responsibilities:

	Prefer candidates with the working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript; any one of the programming languages (C, C++, VB, Java)
	Knowledge of Flash programming would be an added advantage
	Fresher with flair for programming can also be considered
	Attention to detail; quality conscious
	Career path:
	Within two years at Cross-Tab, based on your performance you will be considered for a “Team Leader’s” level.

	Key Responsibilities:
	TDS, VAT, Service Tax returns
	Book keeping
	Liaising with STPI, Govt. officials
	Property/Real Estate/Lease Deeds
	Salary statement - PF, ESIC, PT
	Requirement:
	The candidate should be a B.Com, with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounts. Knowledge of “Tally” software is a must.

	Key Responsibilities:
	Managing end to end recruitments for various levels in Market Research; Also specific profiles as assigned
	Creating active databank of MR / MR KPO industry profiles
	Assist in induction, appraisals, training & employee relations
	Requirement:
	Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or networking (preferably of MR Professionals for a MR / MR outsourcing company).
	Candidate from a placement company with similar experience will also be eligible.
	Must be aggressive in networking & should possess good communication skills; should be mature & knowledgeable enough to talk to experienced people in the industry.
	Experienced candidates from KPO and ITES company background can also apply.
