At Cross-Tab, we understand that quality is the most important component for CATI projects. Using our joint-venture partnership with a leading call center with global presence, and a strong in-house CATI quality assurance team to monitor data quality for every interview that we complete, we are able to deliver the highest possible quality to our clients. Last year alone, we conducted more than 70,000 CATI interviews across 24 markets globally in English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other Asian languages.
Our specialized CATI project management team works with you to understand your needs and to work out a script and local market needs. Either you can provide the sample or we can procure it - either way we remain committed to quality. Once there is confirmation, we identify the right interviewers from our pool based on study requirements and interviewer experience. We effectively train and manage the process for you, though you are invited to participate either by phone or in person.
Intensive effort is put into monitoring the interview progress, running quality control on both voice and data. We of course adhere to all local and global research standards for telephone research. All interviewers, supervisors, project managers and quality assurance team members are fully trained, knowledgeable about the latest market research industry's IQCS standards, adhere to standards set by MRQSA, and follow the MRS code of conduct.
Cross-Tab also has experience in completing complex projects with difficult screening audiences, which include key opinion leaders, special functional managers in technology companies, medical specialists and C-Level executives.
