The Black book of Outsourcing

CASRO’s Data Collection Conference had ssessions focusing on key trends in qualitative and quantitative research, data security issues and the legal landscape, and key drivers of emerging data collection methods. Topics such as viable mobile strategies, consumer aggregation, and social networks were discussed by featured speakers and in panel discussions.

Cross-Tab had set-up a booth at this event with Ashwin Mittal, President and Venugopal Bendapudi, AVP-Business Development in attendance.


The candid perspectives and blunt assessments of market trends and established business models in this tumultuous economic period were provided by keynote speakers and industry executives at CASRO’s Annual Conference at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, October 14-16.

Cross-Tab was an exhibitor and key sponsor at this event. Dr. Kumar Mehta, Global CEO, Amit Gupta, Vice President-Client Services and Venugopal Bendapudi, AVP- Business Development were in attendance. Brian Dunn from J.D. Power & Associates was the winner of the Cross-Tab Annual lucky draw prize for 2009, which includes a 46” Sony Bravia LCD TV.
