Cross-Tab has existing set-ups in India and the US to serve its global clientele. The operations centers in Bangalore and Mumbai can accommodate over 600 people across shifts. Both locations are equipped with high bandwidth connectivity and state-of-the-art hardware and software. |

Internet connectivity is managed through two leading ISPs. This gives us the reliability on connectivity to Internet. Both the ISPs are scalable. |

IT staff works 24x7 and we maintain Server, Network, Client access to internet, Clients access to Network Hardware, Backup, and Restore. |

We are in process of putting NAS / SAN over network, to have centralized access to users, and migrating the network on CISCO platform. |

We maintain domain policy, access control for each and every user. All the users are in their limits to access network software, files and folders, and Internet. |

Within 3 months of closure of a study, the project with all relevant data and deliverables is archived on tape drives and removed from the server. |

We have a dedicated Linux server, with FTP set-up aligned to each client with user login and password for upload/ download of larger files. |

All our employees have limited-access Internet (no external mail servers), official mail access, and dedicated telephone numbers |

Our PRI works on TDA 200 EPABX consolidating all users. Users have direct numbers. |
