Training at Cross-Tab takes place in stages:

All new team members are trained on market research concepts and project delivery
Communications and corporate etiquette training is conducted for better client interactions
      management.

This is followed by a rigorous on-the-job training before they are assigned independent charge of a customer project.
Workshops related to their functional skills and emerging market research concepts are conducted.
