Cross-Tab celebrated its 10th Anniversary in July 2010. The 10 year journey has been an experience of highs and lows, success and contemplation. Today I am proud to lead an exciting, dynamic and diversified company, a leader in its space and whose best days are yet to come. Year 11 has more of the same in store for us as our top two priorities remain unchanged. We (1) want to continue building long lasting customer relationships and (2) continue investing in a great environment for all employees.

360° Insights into behavior and attitude of consumers of mobile phones

Cross-Tab using its pioneering mobile metering application and its deep expertise in online data collection, conducted a first of its kind survey to gather 360° Insights into the behavior and attitude of consumers of mobile phones. Respondents of an online tracker, which measures brand preference, satisfaction and usage of applications, were asked to install the Smartmeter on their mobile phones for a period of 6 weeks. At the end of this period, data captured from online survey research was layered with usage data captured from the mobile metering application to provide much deeper insight into brand performance.

Cross-Tab expands its global footprint

Fredrik Nauckhoff an eminent market research leader has joined Cross-Tab's Global Advisory Board. Fredrick will provide guidance to Cross-Tab's leadership team in the areas of - corporate strategy and business development in the European market.

Fredrik has over 35 years of experience in market research, starting his career at Procter & Gamble Scandinavia. He was then responsible for Market Research at Richardson-Vicks in Stockholm, in London and at the HQ in the USA, before moving to the Nestle head office in Vevey, Switzerland. A Swedish citizen, he has lived and worked in five countries, with global responsibilities. He retired as corporate Head of Market Intelligence of Nestle.


Tom Paul has joined Cross-Tab as AVP, Client Services based out of Chicago. Tom has 20 years of experience in the Market Research industry. Over his tenure Tom has served in several leadership positions in telephone centers, mall intercept and project management organizations. His areas of expertise span a variety of industries, multiple methodologies and both domestic US and International projects. Prior to joining Cross-Tab Tom served as Director of Project Management for Kantar Operations, a WPP company. While at Kantar Operations Tom led a successful project management team that provided end to end operational management for key Kantar Group Stakeholders. Tom has a BA in Marketing from DePaul University, the home of the Blue Demons.
