Cross-Tab continues to expand its team in the US. The company has appointed Terry Sweeney as Vice President Operations and Client Services. He will be based out of San Jose, CA. Terry comes to Cross-Tab with a solid 15 years of online market research leadership experience and a firm academic background in research methods. He has keen insight and experience in the online market research industry having worked for a full service agency, an end client and with an online panel supplier.
He spent the last few years at Research Now/e-Rewards, working in variety of strategic and leadership roles in both the US and EMEA. Prior to this Terry worked at WebEx Communications as a market research manager and at Survey.com as senior director of research & operations.

Terry holds a BA in Psychology, from Mansfield University in PA; A MS in Education from Alfred University in NY; and has pursued doctoral studies in Human Development from the Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester in NY.
