Cross-Tab offers CATI services in association with its strategic partner, a well-known & experienced India based call center. The partner provides the infrastructure and call associates while Cross-tab undertakes the survey development, uploading, training, call monitoring, sample & quota management and data analysis & presentation.

The CATI software used is an indigenously designed in-house web-based survey engine along with the outbound calling capabilities of the contact center.

Since the entire service is being outsourced to India, a Web-CATI option gives Client control over the project and access to the entire data collected as well as the process. The Client can access the password protected project area at any time from any place and view the progress on the project.

Real-time access also gives the Client the option to make changes to the survey instrument at short notice during the data collection process. The changes can be made at the earliest by the Cross-Tab team, with no major break in the interviewing process.
