We can research members of your database, or other lists to which you may have access. Our clients have used this service very effectively for conducting research amongst existing and target customer databases.

The process works in the following manner:

Cross-Tab creates the survey instrument using its online survey engine
Client's database is uploaded onto the Cross-Tab website
Personalized invites with unique survey links are e-mailed to members of this database
Database members participate in the survey using the unique link
Survey results are seen by client, using Cross-Tab’s real-time reporting module

Study type: Understanding barriers to Internet Banking
Client: Large Global Bank

Nature of the project: Objective of the study was to survey infrequent/ inactive users of the Internet Banking services of the bank and understand their barriers to transacting online

What we did: Cross-Tab sent out targeted email invites to the banks customer base. Customers responded via a unique hyperlink embedded in the email.

How did this help the client: This study clearly threw up the key action points to eliminate barriers for online banking
