Cross-Tab's survey programming team has extensive experience in market research as well as in multiple programming packages, which are leveraged to support specific client requirements. Cross-Tab staff is proficient in use of tools such as ConfirmIT, SPSS-Dimensions, mrInterview (mrStudio Interview Module), Net-MR, Illume, Perseus, and QuestionPro to deliver moderate to complex project requirements.

Cross-Tab programmers are certified by ConfirmIT, SPSS, and GMI. They are experienced in using Java script, ASP, and programming surveys in Flash, and are adept at managing survey look and feel to ensure an engaged respondent. Our team can also add images, audio, and audiovisual stimuli to the survey. They can program multi-lingual studies and questionnaires with complex logic. Some features include:

Nature of the project:
Multilingual survey programming
Three sets of questionnaire for three different profiles
CATI interviewing was done in such a way that the respondents were viewing the questionnaire online – two sets of the questionnaire were programmed and interlinked such that the same questions were seen by the interviewer and the respondent
What we did:
We programmed this complex survey where a profile was generated for each respondent depending on his responses in the screener section
One of the three questionnaire sets was emailed to the respondent based on his profile
Each set had twelve conjoint screens
We also managed translations
How did it help the client:
The client was able to achieve the desired functionality from this complex survey
