We currently require people with the following skill sets:

1) Sr. Analytics Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent  will be responsible to manage a team to analyze market research data from conceptualization through presentation of the data
He/ she will be working with a variety of information systems and data files including large and complex files: analyzing file structure, using and creating file layouts, transforming raw data into finished product
The incumbent will perform complex analysis in support of ad-hoc and stand-by client request, which includes but not limited to accurate and appropriate interpretation of data; delivery of sophisticated analysis; and develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources
Will be engaged on improving the current process for efficient and timely deliverables
The incumbent will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding the client’s requirements and taking appropriate steps to make engagement with clients a long-term one
Research new data sources, analytical methods and tools, pursue new client relationship development with improvement in analytical delivery and presentation
   
Requirements:
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Market Research Industry
Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline) from reputed Institute
Experience with multi-variate analysis techniques such as PCA, Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Regression, CHAID, Correspondence Analysis, Discriminant Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, etc.
High proficiency with analytical tools (such as SPSS, SAS), knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation techniques, strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of client service

2) Associate Vice President Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding the strategic direction of the Company, providing high level, proactive financial expertise and leadership to the Company as a whole and direction for both short term and long term financial planning
Lead the design and implementation of the structure of financial resources and all financial operations of the Company
Advise the Divisional Directors, CEO and Board of Companies on the financial implications of business/project activities
Participate in the OMT (Operational Management Team) meetings and represent the finance division in those meetings. Participate in management committees in issues related to the Company overall management and development
Manage day to day banking and treasury functions
Lead and organize the preparation of feasibility studies for new projects initiatives
Prepare terms of reference and follow up the consultancy in the field of the Financial Management to be engaged by the Company
Responsible for the preparation and follow up of the annual external audit
Ensure adherence to accounting standards
Develop strategic proposal for the Company BOT regarding Asset Management
Design financial cycles and procedures for new projects and for projects to spin-off by the Company
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final reports/MIS (in line with the Management’s requirements)
   
Requirements:
CA with 8 or more years of post qualification experience
Sound knowledge of Tally
5 or more years of experience with senior to middle management responsibilities preferably in Software & IT enabled Service Industry relevant commercial field with a track record of quality achievements
Effective leadership, mentoring and coaching skills, including change management
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and planning skills, focusing on results
Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
Computer skills (esp. MS Office applications, international and local accounting systems and software)

3) Executive – Charting
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to work on charting projects assigned to him.
   
Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 1 yr of Charting experience in Market Research industry
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office
   
Reporting structure:
Will be reporting to the APM

4) Developer
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be working on ASP projects (for external & internal clients). He / She would be required to understand the survey programming requirements and map the same in ASP.
   
Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 1.5 yrs of experience in ASP.Net, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008
Knowledge of flash would be an added advantage
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Able to prioritize work according to pre-set timelines
   
Reporting structure:
Will be reporting to the APM

5) Data Analyst – Analytics/ Statistician
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement models including predictive models in a commercial environment to identify problem scenarios and analytic solutions to find opportunities
Consult with Senior researchers to establish innovative statistical techniques using available data sources to achieve business wide goals and objectives
Provide analytical expertise to internal and external customers utilizing various statistical techniques to resolve or support isolated problem scenarios
Responsible for evaluating all aspects of developing and maintaining long term strategic platforms for supporting data mining applications
Oversee, develop and train staff and consultants. Provide direction and assistance on an ongoing basis to ensure group has knowledge and technical experience to execute against stated agenda
   
Project management:
Implement appropriate quality assurance procedures to check the accuracy of data tables, analytics, and any data related outputs
Participate in project process/scheduling
Regular communication with internal or external client as needed
Understand and communicate internal/external client needs/issues to relevant team members
Effectively and proactively communicate with internal/external clients, team members, vendors/partners to ensure successful project execution
Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions
   
Requirements:
Post Graduate degree in Statistics, Economics or Psychology (with good analytical experience) degree from a top-tier university with 3-5 years of work experience (preferably on vendor side).
Strong knowledge and experience in the development of advanced statistical models and their application in a commercial environment.
Deep understanding of statistical diagnostics (significance test, model fit, etc).
Firm understanding of variable transformations and their usefulness
Knack to explore journals, text books, etc. to answer new and challenging problems
Experience in developing charts and tables to communicate analysis
Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Statistical Software - SAS, SPSS or R; other languages a plus;
Should be flexible for travel once/twice in a year

6) Data Analyst / Sr. Data Analyst - Quantum
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the timely & complete project delivery
He/ She will be involved in interaction with the client over telephone / email
Drive and achieve internal targets
   
Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate with experience in Project Management
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Market Research or Market Research Outsourcing organization using Quantum
The applicant should have good knowledge of MS Office and data processing tools like Quantum, SPSS, Quanvart
Excellent communication skills
The applicant should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Able to prioritize work according to pre-set timelines

7) Primary Research Analyst - Senior
Key Responsibilities :
Understanding client's business issues and research needs, which may be impact strategic or tactical decision and help plan relevant analysis plans or project design
Developing an expertise within a specific research portfolio (to be assigned by manager)
Executing custom research studies for clients – coordinate with DP team for data tabulation and with analysis team for data analysis needs, support project manager in creating custom reports
Taking up data mining operations to find answers to marketing issues
Working on ad-hoc requests for data tabulation and creating presentations
 
Requirement :
Minimum 4-5 years work experience as a research executive in the market research industry
Should be very comfortable with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Very good communication skills – verbal & written
Basic quantitative analysis skills
Ability to deliver thorough and high quality work consistently by taking responsibility and ownership of the assigned projects. Attention to detail to produce 100% error free outputs
Result-driven approach and can-do attitude
Expertise in online searches including experience with conducting business-related searches on various standard search engines like Google
Familiarity with public domain and syndicated document databases such as Nexis, Forrester, Data monitor, etc.
Strong written/verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity and ability to comprehend basic quantitative data commonly used in business analysis
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

8) Secondary Research Analyst – Junior/Senior (IT /Telecom) (3)
Role:
Secondary Research

Key Responsibilities:
  Research execution
Assist in identifying appropriate sources of information related to the research topic
Assist in the development of a systematic framework for searching for and gathering information related to the research topic
Review, comprehend, code the available information using the agreed upon framework
Generate summaries of the information generated in concise, well-organized, easy-to-understand format utilizing good English language skills
 
 
Analysis/reporting
Comprehend the information gathered and determine its relevance to the research objective
Process the information within agreed upon synthesis and coding frameworks
Develop report templates to meet the business objectives
Write first drafts of summaries and reports – with a focus on good compelling organization of information, clear and concise language that outlines key issues relevant to the research objectives
   
 
Project management
Participate in project process/scheduling and completing project timesheets accurately
Effectively and proactively communicate with internal clients, team members, to ensure successful project execution.
Requirement:
  Experience
Graduate degree in marketing research, business/marketing, library science, communication, or related field with 1-2 years of work experience (preferably on vendor side) with exposure to all aspects of the secondary research process.
   
  Tools and Techniques
Expertise in online searches including experience with conducting business-related searches on various standard search engines like Google
Familiarity with public domain and syndicated document databases such as Nexis, Forrester, Datamonitor, etc with hands-on experience in developing summaries and reports from various secondary data source
   
  Additional Skills
Experience in working with International/Multinational clients and/or US-based clients
Experience in working Telecom or IT sector is preferred

9) Senior Data Analyst/ Data Analyst (2)
Role:
Senior Data Analyst / Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Comprehension:
Understand what types of analyses is appropriate for specific data elements or sets of data elements.
Understand the business / research question and accurately determine which data elements would be appropriate for inclusion in analysis and what type of analysis would be appropriate for addressing the business / research question.
Proactively propose analytical approaches to help address business/research questions.
Data Processing / Analytics:
Manipulate data using cross-tabulation programs, statistical packages, Microsoft Excel, and / or other database applications to produce appropriate and accurate analyses as required.
Work with cross-tabulation software to develop appropriate banners, filters, new variables, etc. to produce data tables that can provide answers to business / research objectives - by either using point-and-click interfaces or by writing programming logic.
Work with data in Microsoft Excel formats to conduct appropriate tabulation and statistical analysis, including pivot tables to address business / research questions.
Work with statistical packages to conduct basic bi-variate and advanced multi-variate analyses to address business / research questions.
Identify appropriate data sub-sets or segments from larger parent databases for segment-based analytics.
Develop expertise in proprietary databases and syndicated data sources to pull data accurately as needed to answer business / research questions.
Tools and Techniques:
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
Solid experience in working with cross-tabulation packages such as WinCross , SPSS.
Requirement:
Graduate / Post Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Market Research companies.

10) Manager – Client Development (US)
Role:
The incumbent would be responsible for growing and managing part of Cross-Tab's business from research and consulting firms.
Location:
US.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 3 years of Sales / Account management experience in Market Research services / online panel.
Strong exposure to pharmaceutical market research domain.
Good understanding of research operations and data collection methodologies.
Ability to consult with clients on research techniques and methodologies.
Ability to build new accounts and deepen ongoing relationships through consultative account management and project management.
